We are asking our Christian Friends to help us pray for God to lay a call on someone’s heart to join us in this ministry. There is no pay except seeing the Word of God going out to thousands around the world each week.

Below you will find a more detailed summation of what we need. We know that God has called replacements for us. By God’s grace, there are several more years left for us to work, but we know that, at some point, we will no longer be able to do even this work.

Bruce’s sermons run throughout our daily feed as do Carol’s inspirational stories. “Readers favorites section” contains the inspirational stories from her compilation “Walk of Joy.” Daily Scripture, Sunday Prayers, downloadables, Bible Studies, and a Prayerline, among other things, can be looked over to give you a feel of the outreach.

Company Description:

I Am Calls Ministry is a Christian website presently maintained from our home in Tappahannock, VA. We are called by God to write articles and post Scriptures for both the lost and believers. Our ministry shares Christian teachings and encouragement through written and spoken messages.

The ministry focuses on helping individuals grow in their relationship with God and understand their spiritual identity and purpose. Team members collaborate to create Bible-centered resources, devotionals, and outreach materials for diverse audiences.

We value prayer, Scriptural integrity, compassion, and clear presentation of the Gospel message of Jesus Christ. This is only possible if you are led by the Holy Spirit to this type of ministry. We understand that God calls people to many different types of ministries, and each one is important.

Role Description:

Staff must be able to work independently from their own home. To do this, you must have access to a good computer and an internet connection.

This is a non-paying position. IamCalls.com is supported completely from our personal resources as God provides. Our prayer is that when we are no longer able due to age or sickness, our staff will be able to continue this ministry.

We have not felt led to ask for any support and hope that it will never be needed. God has always been faithful in providing our needs and the funds needed to pay the website cost.

If you feel God leading you into this type of ministry, we look forward to communicating with you. You will need to be able to develop Biblically grounded written content. In the future, this may include devotionals, teaching materials, website copy, social media posts, newsletters, and outreach resources.

To fulfill these tasks, you will need daily Bible study, drafting and revising content, collaborating with us to ensure messages align with Scriptural core values, and adapting materials for different audiences and formats.

It is our prayer that the person God provides for this position will also have some knowledge of website construction and maintenance.

We will work together in planning work goals and editorial calendars. Every effort will be made to ensure all written work reflects sound Christian doctrine and a tone of grace and clarity.

Qualifications

• Strong Christian foundation, with the ability to handle Scripture responsibly and communicate Christian faith and values clearly and respectfully.
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with experience creating devotionals, Bible-based articles, or inspirational content.
• Ability to research biblical themes and theological topics and translate them into accessible, practical teaching for diverse readers.
• Solid editing and proofreading abilities to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in all written materials.
• Comfort working from home using phone, internet, FaceTime, or other electronic means to support a collaborative ministry and planning.
• Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency with basic office software and comfort working with online platforms (e.g., word processing tools, email, simple content management systems).
• Prior experience in Christian ministry, pastoral support, or faith-based writing is beneficial.

Are you being called by God?

Since this ministry does not raise financial support in any way, we operate on the funds God provides us personally. When we have needs, we ask God to provide, and He does. He has never called us to do something without providing the resources needed.

If you feel called by God to join with us, we would expect you to feel the same way about God’s provisions. There will not be a salary or any kind of financial support from IAmCalls.

We are not trying to discourage you. There are many Christian works that believe they need to raise money to support what God has called them to do. We simply believe that He gives us everything we need for what He calls us to do. If we feel the Holy Spirit leads us to act, we ask God to provide the funds we will need. He always has, without us asking anyone.
