Faith
The power of faith can be applied to all events in our lives. It is by faith that I wake each morning with joy in my heart. My joy lasts all day every day.
Faith can move that mountain in your life, whatever it is!
22 So Jesus answered and said to them, “Have faith in God. 23 For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says. 24 Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them. (Mark 11:22-24 NKJV)
What is your mountain?
Life is full of trials such as finances, health, raising children in a world of moral weakness, or perhaps, working with a difficult co-worker. These mountains of trouble surround us, but Jesus reminds us that God is stronger than our greatest difficulty. If we have faith that He is able to help us and believe in Him, we will have His help to solve those problems.
What a Promise! Only Believe and go to God in faith and ALL things are possible.
That mountain will be cast into the sea.
We do not have to let our problems defeat us. The power of faith allows us to lay it all on Jesus in prayer. His promise to us is that whatever we ask in prayer, believing we will receive. There are other scriptures that tell us that what we ask must be according to His will. This means we can’t just ask for a new car or home because we want them.
God wants us to serve Him and pray accordingly. Faith is based on your belief that God is in charge and what He teaches is true. When we look at our problems in light of our faith in God everything changes. Our prayers start being answered!
