It Is In You I Trust
In You, I trust, O my God! You alone have made me and You alone have raised me up each day. I glorify Your name from the rising of the sun to its setting and through the night. You are my God and my Savior!
It is so important to put each day in perspective. You can do that by starting the day with praise for the One who created you and sustains you. This sets your heart right to receive the blessings God has for you and to focus your life on your service to the One and Only God.
8 Cause me to hear Your lovingkindness in the morning,
For in You do I trust;
Cause me to know the way in which I should walk,
For I lift up my soul to You. Psalm 143:8 NKJV
In tune with God
Have you ever heard someone sing along with a professional and hear how badly they sound? Not the professional, but the other person. It is much the same when we try to go through life without being in tune with God. We don’t do too well; do we?
This scripture points us in the right direction!
If we listen to God’s lovingkindness and put our trust in Him our life becomes better even if nothing else changes. We find joy replacing heartache and trouble.
When we place our trust in God He will lead us into the calm assurance that He is in charge. When we accept that He is in charge our lives change. He causes us to walk in His ways and we begin to see the peace that we all desire.
Pray with me that the God of our salvation will grant you the peace you need to face each problem.
