Praise God Forever
O Lord, You are my God.
I will exalt You,
I will praise Your name,
For You have done wonderful things;
Your counsels of old are faithfulness and truth. Isaiah 25:1 NKJV
Truly, our God should be exalted.
Firstly, look around and see the wonderful things that God has created.
Mankind has spent the years since Creation destroying and killing, and filling the world with our sins, yet God has created everything only for our good. He is faithful through all the generations of man, and He is trustworthy and Truth.
Praising Him is wise and deserved.
However, humankind has gone in the opposite direction. Yet, all that God has said, if obeyed, will lead us into paths of wisdom and safety.

For You have been a strength to the poor,
A strength to the needy in his distress,
A refuge from the storm,
A shade from the heat;
For the blast of the terrible ones is as a storm against the wall. Isaiah 25:4 NKJV
This verse seemed to jump off the pages of my Bible to comfort me as a young mother.
It was a terribly stormy night, and I was in a small trailer, alone, with my two little girls, ages one and two.
Thunder, lightning, high winds, a shaking trailer, two frightened little ones, with these words comforting us all. God was a strength to us, the poor and needy, and a refuge in the storms that raged physically and emotionally. He shaded and sheltered us and protected us with the Comfort of His Presence.
We were not alone.
God was again with us in the storm, and this storm too passed.

He will swallow up death forever,
And the Lord God will wipe away tears from all faces;
The rebuke of His people
He will take away from all the earth;
For the Lord has spoken. Isaiah 25:8 NKJV
As we draw closer to the end of our earthly life, we embrace this promise from the God we follow and obey. We have seen so many things every moment of living for which to praise God forever and forever and forever.
He will swallow up death forever, and it will have no hold upon us any longer.
God Himself will wipe away the tears from our faces. There will no longer be a rebuke against His people. God has given us His Word.
We are heading to a Heaven that has been prepared for us, the believers. No fear, no sickness, no disease, no death, no pain, no sorrow will be in that beautiful place.
We will be in the Presence of the Lord where we will celebrate the joy of HIM for all eternity.
How we will serve Him and what we will do there will be total delight. God will reveal it all to us. What a glorious future lies ahead!

And it will be said in that day:
“Behold, this is our God;
We have waited for Him, and He will save us.
This is the Lord;
We have waited for Him;
We will be glad and rejoice in His salvation.” Isaiah 25:9 NKJV
Indeed, it WILL be said in that day, that we are seeing our God Whom we have waited for, and who has saved us.
Forever and forever, and forever will we be glad and rejoice in His Salvation and Presence and remain in His Joy.
Nothing else matters.
We will be with our God forever and forever, and forever.
Only one question remains.
